The City of West Branch as part of their ongoing Redevelopment Ready Community certification monitors properties that the City is focused on for development/redevelopment. Click on the links below to see the Redevelopment Ready Sites.

Site 1 is an abandoned large factory that is located just blocks from downtown. The City is looking to redevelop this site as a mixed use building with business on the first floor and residential units above.
